The Global Economic Governance (GEG) Africa programme is a policy research and stakeholder engagement programme to strengthen the influence of pro-poor African coalitions at global economic governance fora.

  • Embarking STI Open Innovation for Leapfrog Africa Official Side Event on TICAD Ministerial Meeting, 5 October 2018, Tokyo, Japan – the event aims to discuss the future potentiality and challenges of the application of science, technology and innovation to African countries.
  • Civil Society Policy Forum, 9-12 October 2018, Bali, Indonesia – civil society organisations exchange views with World Bank Group and International Monetary Fund staff, their peers, government delegations and other stakeholders on a wide range of topics.
